Privacy Policy

P: Bulk Products Prices Editor ("the App", "we", "us") is a Shopify app that helps merchants bulk-edit product prices, compare-at prices, costs, status, and tags, and schedule flash sales. This policy explains what data we access, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data we access

When you install the App, Shopify grants us access to:

Your shop domain and basic shop metadata.
Products, variants, inventory, collections, vendors, and tags (read & write).
An OAuth access token used to call the Shopify Admin API on your behalf.

We do not request, access, or store any customer personal information (no names, emails, addresses, orders, or payment data).

2. How we use it

To execute the bulk edits and scheduled sales you configure inside the App.
To record a snapshot of changed fields so you can roll back any job.
To display job history and product previews inside the App.

3. Storage & retention

Shop access tokens, job history, and rollback snapshots are stored in our managed backend. We retain this data while your store is installed. When you uninstall the App, we mark your store inactive and delete shop data within 30 days.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The only third party we send data to is Shopify itself, in order to perform the actions you requested.

5. GDPR & Shopify mandatory webhooks

We subscribe to and verify all of Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) at a single HMAC-verified endpoint. Because we do not store any customer personal data, customer-related requests are acknowledged with no data to return or delete. On shop/redact, we delete all shop-related records we hold (shop credentials, jobs, job snapshots, scheduled sales, and webhook history) within 30 days.

6. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are only used server-side to call the Shopify Admin API.
